The film that Established Madhuri in the big league was N Chandra's Tezaab. The film was a huge success and the Song choreographed by Saroj Khan 'Ek do teen' entered the hallmark of extremely popular dance numbers. Her all time favorite Hindi movies are Sholay, Padosan and Ganga jamuna. Madhuri's aim was to become a microbiologist but her fortune turned her to the Hindi film industry.
